The Trick to Finally Creating a Change!

I was just sitting in bed finishing up my morning journaling and started watching an inspirational video with Mel Robbins.

This is one of my favorite ways to start the day because it sets the tone of how I am going to show up today.  Immediately I thought of sharing this important message with you.

Sometimes, it seems as though no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to get the results you want.  You have good intentions about preparing healthy foods for your family, remaining patient and calm with your kids and having a game plan to fit everything in without feeling overwhelmed, but it just seems outside of your reach.  Right?

And when that happens, most moms feel defeated, like something’s wrong with them, like they’ll never be able to figure out how to balance everything, like they just have to resign to the way life is.  (And by the way, this happens to EVERY mom, not only those who are uncertain about how to help their child stress less, it happens everywhere!)

That is why I want to share this important message from Mel Robbins in today’s video.  This simple technique is a game-changer in the way you approach life.  Watch this:

See?  Unlike people who hesitate and continue doing the same habits every day, YOU, my dear friend are in complete control of how you want your life and your family’s life to unfold.

Yes, it’s true.  The clarity you want in knowing how to support your child and role model a healthy and happy life is directly correlated to the little decisions you make each day.  Period.

(Not always what people want to hear.) 🙂

But I want you to reframe your idea of what living a healthy life is.

Healthy living (done right) is the simple act of consistent small choices… being mindful of how we eat, how we connect with each other, how we move our body and how we focus our thoughts.

The thing is, if you want a Vibrant Child and Vibrant Life, you simply want to be a little more mindful of your choices.

But I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.  Mel, teaches us to use the 5, 4,3,2,1 countdown.  While this method is a great place to start, most of us need accountability to consistently take actions that are outside our comfort zone.

If my clients can do it, so can you.

So let’s turn up the volume on taking small consistent healthy choices, OK?  I’m here cheering you on.

I believe in you.
