OK, I get it.

What I am about to share with you in today’s video might seem totally counter intuitive.

Hint: Eating healthy is not about the type of food you are eating.

Yes, my focus with my clients is to give you the recipe that will improve your family’s health, in record time, every time.

But the way to improve health is actually NOT to think about the types of ‘health’ foods you think you should be eating, but to focus on something entirely different.

You see, it’s not about the perception of what foods are healthy – it’s about what is actually contained in the food we are putting into our body.

When we simply assume  that what we eating is healthy or convenient, we fall into a place of being oblivious.

That’s when we stop paying attention to what is going on with our bodies, or how we are feeling as a result of the foods that we nourish ourselves with.

Instead, when we take the time to review the labels and understand what we are consuming and what we provide for our families…things become so much easier.

And ironically, when you become aware of the decisions about how to fuel your body, you experience more awareness in all areas of your life.  This is the path to more fulfilling relationships, improved vitality, and more fun!
